Here’s a plastic (that looks like foil) on composition stand-up up sign that’s quite scarce. It measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter and has an easel stand and string hanger on the back. A different sort of sign making it hard to date, but I’ll say it looks like 40’s. Made by Adcolor Display Company of Philadelphia. A firm name that I’ve not seen on any other Steg pieces.
A 14 x 7 inch cardboard price sign made specifically for cases. This is probably somewhere around 1960, give or take, and the going price for a case was $2.69. Comparativly speaking, inflation since 1960 wasn’t terribly harsh on suds. The infamous Steg chipmunk is the band member carrying the “Case Special” flag.
There are reproductions of the pre-prohibition Stegmaier ladies issued as Christmas cards by the Lion Brewery in the late 70’s or early 80’s. Very nice quality cards. I know of 6, but have been told there are 9 different cards???
