1892 quality made soft leather bound notepad produced by Phila. Novelty Ad Co. The picture shows the open case. The other side has a leather covered, gold edged notepad and wallet style pocket. An interesting example of very early promotional items. It measures 4 x 5 inches opened.
Pre-prohibition leather matchsafe complete with matches. I am not aware of Stegmaier having any plated matchsafes.
Another very early promotional fan style notepad with celluloid covers. Very unique little girl advertising on a beer item. This one also dates between 1880 and 1897. C. Stegmaier & Son was the Steg handle during that period. This one measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
